Women's Specialty Vests & Halters
My specialty vests and halters are made with the finest North American deer hide, Elk and Lambskin I can find. Each garment is uniquely adorned with leather braiding, fringe, beads, conchos and/or antler buttons. The patterns for the garments are designed by me, and I pay close attention to the curves of the female body. I try to have at least 5 available for purchase.
Women's Cowhide Vests
I spent hours developing the pattern for my Women's "DeeTra" vest. Close attention was given to the curves of the female body. The length was extended to cover more of the torso and top of the hips. The side seams were tailored to accent the natural waist, and special attention was given to the area that supports the breasts. The result was a women's vest that fits like a second skin! I use cotton fabric for the liners and focus on using fabrics that add that special personalized touch to each vest. I currently have over 50 vests spanning all sizes available for purchase.
Purses
ALL of my purses are one of a kind. I use only top grade deerhide and other one of a kind exotic leather. My goal is to use unique shapes and accents to create purses, handbags, totes, and crossbodies that you will find no where else. I love creating custom requests for purses!
Leather & Lace Corsets
Creating a corset is a true labor of love. Hours go into creating these "one of a kind" items. I use cowhide leather, and at times, calf hide. Each corset is adored with either leather trim or lace. I use 8mm clear poly plastic boning, as I am able to sew over this product. This prevents boning blowout at the top and bottom which can be quite uncomfortable. Each corset has extender panels in front and back to prevent skin from showing between lacing and clasps. All have double laced grommets in the back and a variety of various clasps in the front. The size range for corsets is XXS thru XXL and I try to keep 2 of each size in stock.
Men's Premium Cowhide Vests
The DeeTra Men's Vest is a compilation of many years of riding motorcycles and learning what works and doesn't work in a men's vest. Special features of my men's vest: arm holes are cut a little deeper to allow room for jackets, hoodies, etc. to be worn underneath without bunching up in the arm pit; deep chest pockets that allow for a phone to be completely protected and snapped shut; neckline in back is lowered just a tad to avoid hoodie hood from bunching up; deep interior pocket; "gun" pocket shaped like a firearm and anchored 2 places to prevent side sag. I do a lot of custom orders for men's vests! With a wide variety of leather color, thread color for stitching, liners, adding pockets, deleting pockets, custom liners, zippers/snaps, it is a breeze to make this vest personal just for you.
